2014 is well underway and we’ve hit the ground running. After several video shoots with Aran and Sheree to capture the exercise demonstrations, we’re now busily putting the final touches on our first course “Therapist Care and Conditioning 1 – An Introduction to Physical Conditioning”.

The course is available now for pre-order from the online store, due for release in early February.

The photos below are some ‘behind the scenes’ shots during our most recent studio filming session. These shots are of the exercise and technique demonstrations from the posture module. The posture lessons examine correct posture while standing and also while treating from the standing and seated positions. Good technique starts with good posture!
